Patients are asked about their therapy experiences in an effort to constantly improve the rehabilitative services offered at Heritage Manor. Recently, two patients had this to say:
“The therapy is exceptional. I am able to do so much more.
Before starting therapy there were days that I couldn’t get
out of bed or barely get to the bathroom. This is the longest I
have gone between getting shots. I have suffered pain for
15 years, and [the Premier team has] helped me more
than any other therapist.”
-Outpatient, living independently
“The therapy was beautiful. I love my therapists; we have
been through a lot together. I have learned so much.”
