Maga
Krav Maga is an eclectic self-defense system developed in
Israel that involves karate, boxing, kickboxing, jujutsu, and grappling
techniques. This intense program will provide the basic tools and
foundation to counteract a physical assault or confrontation. A certified
instructor will lead you through exercises and scenarios to not only build your
skills, but also build your confidence and self esteem.

Good Morning Zumba!
An upbeat mix of Salsa, Merengue,
Mambo, Hip-Hop, Reggaeton and much more. Participants will also utilize light
weights and a stepper for a one-of-a-kind dance experience! Come burn some
calories with us!

Youth “G.E.T.T.I.N.” Fit
“Getting Exercise to Those in Need”
A brand new exercise program aimed directly at our JCC members aged 8-13. Gettin’ them up, Gettin’ them moving and Gettin’ them fit is the prime objective. Its 55 minutes of on-the-go action featuring high paced Line Dancing set to hip-hop, rap, rock and roll, and country music; light aerobic and movement exercises to build endurance and strong bones, and the classic strength building movements to begin to support lean muscle development. This is a great opportunity for your child to meet other young JCC members, do a little dancin’, do a little exercise, get in shape and make some new friends.

Youth Circuit and Fitness Aptitude Training
An exciting new Fitness Program for our JCC members aged 8–13 involving a combination of bone and muscle strengthening activities. Participants will be exposed to light, age-appropriate resistance training on Cybex selectorized equipment. Participants will be evaluated three times during the program and their progress will be tracked on a weekly basis. This is an outstanding opportunity to get your child away from video games and the television.

Duration: 1 month / 8 total classes/ 2 classes per week
