This intense, cardio based interval class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping.  Our certified INSANITY instructor will lead you through jumps, push-ups, suicides and more to help you get lean, toned and strong.

Combines body-sculpting exercizes and high-energy cardio to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance party. You will work every muscle group using toning sticks or light dumbbells.

This Pilates-based class will focus on core strength and stretching. Spend your lunch break building long, lean muscle while gaining flexibility and burning calories.

Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing into a fat torching, muscle sculpting workout guaranteed to whip you into shape.

This Pilates-based low-impact class will focus on total body toning. Equipment may include dumbbells, body bar, stability balls and bands.

Personal Training for Cancer Survivors

Personal Trainer Shelia Cornell, will be accepting requests from women who have battled through and defeated any form of Cancer.   Shelia will design personal training programs SPECIFIC to the individual client.  Training will include strengthening of affected anatomical areas through a variety of exercises.  These one on one personal training sessions are available now by contacting Shelia directly at 330-746-3250 xt.184.
