Join us and learn effective ways to manage your fears and anxieties about the Coronavirus!

Each session will help you to improve your overall emotional and physical well-being.

 We will talk about:

  • Trauma and stress

  • Physical and behavioral symptoms

  • Mindfulness- meditation practice

  • Techniques to reduce stress

The sessions would be led by Shay Kahani- Erez, Licensed social worker and a trauma therapist (EMDR).
