National Skilled Nursing Care Week

Established by the American Health Care Association (AHCA) in 1967, National Skilled Nursing Care Week® (NSNCW) recognizes the essential role of skilled nursing care centers in caring for America’s elderly and disabled. Apply Now for the Mildred Engle Nursing Scholarship

This fund was established in 1992 to provide financial assistance to an individual(s) needing a scholarship to secure an associate or baccalaureate degree in nursing. The scholarship award may cover tuition and transportation costs up to $10,000.00 annually. Click the image for more information.

Five Star Rated Facility

Heritage Manor is rated a five star facility by The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid. Facilities with a five star rating provide excellence in health inspections, staffing, and quality measures.

  The CDC has worked with The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to provide new guidelines for indoor visitation in nursing homes. This new guidance provides us with two important new changes. The first being, visits will now be able to take place in resident rooms. The second being, vaccinated residents may choose to have close contact visits, including physical touch, while wearing a well fitted facemask.   Click the image for more infomation.
