Emergency Relief Fund

We need your help, more than ever, to keep our doors open during this emergency. Rainy day funds are being quickly depleted as we respond to pleas for help from our community. As the coronavirus continues to ravage our community, the strain on our resources will only grow. Donations to our Emergency Relief Fund will help us swiftly address the needs of our community and support our agencies as they continue to provide critical services. Your help is essential. Limited Visitation in Effect

Except for certain situations, such as end-of-life or other emergency scenarios, limited visitation is in immediate effect for Heritage Manor and Levy Gardens. This proactive decision has been made out of an abundance of caution to protect the health of our residents and tenants and to minimize any unnecessary exposure to COVID-19 and Influenza.
