Services to the Elderly
Our outreach coordinator and social workers welcome the opportunity to talk with seniors and help them meet their needs that arise in the later years. We encourage our seniors to take an active role in our community for as long as possible to maintain their independence.
When the need arises, we will assist in exploring options such as home health care, Adult Day Service, Levy Gardens Assisted Living, and Heritage Manor Skilled Nursing.
