Levy Gardens Assisted Living recently received its Family Satisfaction Survey results from the Ohio Department of Aging. The facility had an overall satisfaction score of 91.76 percent, which is much higher than the statewide average of 85.2 percent. The Residential Care Facility Family Satisfaction Survey was conducted in 2018. The Scripps Gerontology Center at Miami University gathered data by mail which reflects the care as reported by residents’ family members, friends, and guardians. “At Levy Gardens, we put our tenants first and do our best to provide them with what they need and want to live a happy healthy life and this survey is a reflection of that,” said Sara Miller, director. “Long term care nursing is not only caring for our tenants, but their families as well, and our staff does a great job of addressing families’ concerns and desires for their loved ones.”
