The Matzah Bakery

The Matzah Bakery is coming to the JCC. Times will be offered throughout the day with Senior Services haveing and event in the monring, JCC members being offered a program in the afternoon, and PJ Library and Our Gang participating at dinner time. 

Mitzvah Workshop: Pesach, Matzah Bakery: Passover will become more meaningful when we have a chance to dig into the dough as we: Prepare wheat kernels, winnow and separate the chaff from the grain; Collect the grain into a hand-driven wheat mill and grind it into flour; Knead, roll, and bake the dough into a handmade matzah in the required amount of time; Delight in taking home your very own freshly-baked matzah, a baker's hat, and a Shmurah Matzah for their family Seder table. Each workshop can accommodate up to 25 participants.
