Meet our Senior Outreach Coordinator

Nicole believes in empowering older adults by providing a compassionate space where they can access essential support and resources throughout their aging journey. With an approach rooted in education, advocacy, and connection, they help seniors navigate the modern world through dedicated technology support and education. They also facilitate vital support groups that address critical lifecycle needs, including caregiving and kinship. Deeply committed to crisis and grief support, Nicole also serves the community as a co-facilitator for the Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group.

She specializes in aging resource navigation, technology literacy for seniors, family caregiving dynamics, and grief support group facilitation along with her amazing coworker Laura.

Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Gerontology and is currently expanding her expertise in community wellness and healthcare systems by pursuing a PhD in Health Science.

When asked what Nicole's favorite part of the job is, she replied, “I love being able to troubleshoot technology issues, creating a warm and welcoming group environment, and advocating for the needs of older adults.”

“I am an avid tabletop and video gamer with a personal collection of over 100 games! When I am not playing games, I love spending time with my partner, our two dogs and our pet frog.”
